Under ”Debtor settings” you can control the settings for how debtors are syncronised from SmartWeb to E-conomic. All debtors are created in E-conoimic in the debtor group that is entered under the field "Debtor group".
Under the item ”Debtor group” there is a list of the debtor groups that you have already created in E-conomic. This setting determine which debtor group that the Integration should use when there are created new debtors in E-conomic.
You can only select a debtor group that have been previously created in E-conomic. In the example we have created a debtor group in E-conomic called "SmartWebDebtor". This means that customers who have placed orders on your online store, will automatically be created in the debtor group SmartWebDebtor when the Integration creates a temporary invoice.
Before a debtor is created in E-conomic the Integration checks to see if the debtor already exists in E-conomic. It does this by comparing the debtors name, phone number, address, postal code, city and country. If the Integration finds a debtor with the same data it uses the existing debtor.
If you already have 10.000 customers from before you only need to set "Last debtor number" high enough.
E-conomic uses a so-called ”Layout” to create an invoice from. From this point you can select which layout the Integration sould create the temporary invoice with.
You need to create a layout in E-conomic first before you can select it in SmartWeb.
Conditions for payment
E-conomic uses a template for”conditions for payment” when an invoice is created. From this item you can therefore set which template the Integration should create the temporary invoice from.
You need to create a template in E-conomic first before you can select it in SmartWeb.
