3.19. E-conomic has previously been activated on my online store

If you have testes E-conomic previously or have had E-conomic before your products, variants and orders may be syncronised. The online store "thinks" that the products have already been created in E-conomic.


The first things you need to do is reset the products and variants. This way you indicate that all products should be created from scratch. It is a good idea to check all your settings to ensure everything is as it should be.


If your products in the online store has the same product numbers as products in E-conomic the integration will assume that the products should be linked together. Products already created in E-conomic will not be created again.


If you have a product in the online store and an item in E-conomic that has the same product number, but you do not want to be linked together you need to change the product number in the  online store so the product in question can be created correctly in E-conomic.
