Basically you cannot change the product numbers. This is because orders where the product is included will refer to product numbers that does not exist anymore. As long as a product has an empty product number in the shop the Integration will skip the product in question.
As soon as a product has been syncronised the product number will be locked. If you have entered the wrong product number you need to delete the product (from both the online store and E-conomic). When you have deleted the product you can create it again with the correct product number.
